Finally i found it!
I found the correct wire that when connected gets 12V to a set of relays that turn the cabin supply. That way everything inside car starts to work.
Now i get working seat heaters, internal fan and ventilation, electric seats, rear window heater, automatic AC system. The most important news now is that car does not go into ECO mode after 30min of engine inaction.
Since i dont have AC compressor connected yet i cannot verify the last point, but i intend to try….

Radio system and ventilation with AC is working
I found coolant temperature sensor and will use it to display coolant temperature on the inverter inlet, just to be on the safe side.
Also i have AC clutch connector that i intend to connect to a simple relay that will signal to start the electric AC compressor to spool up when i install it.
I setup my signal generator to output square signal and connected it to Gnd and Signal wire on my speedo connector. Then i slowly raised frequency in steps of 5Hz.
I got function of speed. When i compared it to what sort of rotation wheel shaft should have at this speed i came to
